The Challenge
MPM Rent needed an intervention that was:
- Comprehensive, covering the entire basic sales process,
- Engaging and interactive,
- Seamlessly integrated into their internal Learning Management System (LMS).

We developed a series of 9 interactive multimedia in SCORM format, covering every step of the Basic Sales journey—from initial activity planning to negotiation and follow-up. Each multimedia is designed to:
- Deliver an engaging learning experience made with articulate storyline,
- Consist of real-life instructional videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes,
- Present realistic workplace scenarios that are easy to grasp,
- Support self-paced learning for employees across different levels.
- One of the modules incorporated Scenario-Based e-Learning
The Result?
Through this interactive approach, learners were able to:
- Easily understand key sales concepts and practices,
- Stay motivated and engaged throughout the training,
- Apply their knowledge directly in real-world sales situations.
